Who owns and maintains the solar panels?+

The current partner program is promoted without a credit check and is available to D.C. property owners regardless of income. Renters may be considered with their landlord's approval. Final eligibility depends on the property, roof, usage, and current program terms.

What happens if I sell my home?+

A PPA is a long-term agreement connected to the solar system on the property. Before signing, review the transfer provisions carefully. If you sell, the agreement generally must be transferred or otherwise resolved according to the contract.
